About Me

My photo
James M. Sims
Professionally and personally, I work very hard and need a counter balance to my work, which I find through numerous passionate and creative pursuits. These include: guitar playing, photography, blogging, woodworking and also outdoors activities like kayaking, hiking and motorcycling.

Agenda and Disclaimer

Given my personal sensibilities and medically imposed dietary restrictions for members of my family, I have to do a lot of research, and in so doing, I imagine that there are others that might appreciate it if I share what I have found.

I strive to provide the results of my research as objectively as possible. If I have a position that I would like to influence you with, it is merely that we all need to be more aware, have more information, and make our decisions based on that information as it applies to each of our own needs and values.

Lastly, I am a part-time researcher and writer and have no extensive education or credentials in the areas of nutrition, health and wellness. I am simply gathering information and putting it into a concise and convenient context for you. It is always your responsibility to do your own research and come to your own conclusions.
